Absolutely loved this company!! Very professional. I didn’t get a reference from anyone so I just had ran a search on google and they popped up. With great reviews, I took a chance on them, and I’m glad I did. Cockroaches have started coming inside due to the weather and this rain we’ve been having in Alpharetta. They answered every question and concern I had. We had Steven and an Apprentice come over and spray the inside and outside of my home. They were both very respectful of the home and made us feel comfortable, especially with COVID-19 going on. They wore masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. They were knowledgeable and you could tell they cared about their job. Sweetest conversationalists as well. Not awkward at all. Wasn’t a long process and they showed up the time slot they promised us. No waiting forever for them to show up like some other companies out there. I typically don’t write reviews. But this Arete Pest Control company was worth my time. I highly recommend them to everyone in Alpharetta. I will continue using them in the future. Worth way more than five stars, but y’all get the point! Thank you!
