So far I have had a GREAT experience with Arete. When I was calling several exterminators and Arete was more informative than the other places I have called which I was very much so impressed with how well Harrison explained everything to me. Also I mentioned to him that we are having some financial struggles but are in desperate need of an exterminator due to the fact we were in the middle of battling an infestation. He was able to give me a really good price to work with me and was able to come out very quickly as well as waiting until a couple days later until I was able to have funds available to charge me. I felt as if I can finally start sleeping soundly again. I forgot the exterminator’s name, believe it was Brad, but he came seemed to be very friendly as well as with quickly and covered all the areas I felt were a concern. As far as right now I definitely rate Arete with 5 stars and I hope it will remain that way, I believe it will because you don’t always find customer service this great. I would most definitely recommend Arete to anybody and everybody living in Forsyth County. Thank you very much Arete for everything you have done for be and my home.
